A Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and member of the National Association of Realtors, Stafanesha combines economic analysis, program leadership, and real estate market expertise to guide clients through complex transactions and housing projects. Her leadership ensures that every client benefits from both big-picture strategy and detailed execution.

Dominic brings 15+ years of combined experience in inspections, property management, construction oversight, and housing compliance. As a Florida Licensed Home Inspector and licensed real estate agent, he offers clients a unique dual perspective—blending technical inspection expertise with deep market knowledge.
FACE-certified through the Florida Association of Code Enforcement, Dominic conducts inspections with the same precision and compliance focus used by municipal code officials, ensuring properties meet both market and regulatory standards. His background in construction project management enables him to identify potential risks early, recommend effective solutions, and protect client investments from purchase to long-term ownership.
